King Saud University enhances computer competence with Saudi Systems Corporation

Saudi Systems Corporation has an ongoing business relationship with King Saud University (KSU). SSC regularly provides KSU with computers, printers, and networking equipment installing them in different parts of the Kingdom.

SSC has equipped KSU with several computer laboratories enhancing the University's educational programs on computer  competence and information technology. SSC has also worked on the maintenance of the university's Oracle application in Riyadh.

King Saud University was founded in 1957 (1376/77 AH) as the Riyadh University. It was renamed in 1982 (1402/03 AH), has more than 2,600 teachers and more than 45,000 students in school year 2000-2001. As one of the first institutions of higher education in Saudi Arabia, it has on its register more than a quarter of all the Kingdom's university level students (male and female) and more than one-third of all the Kingdom's university and administrative staff.
